SAG-PPHP expands e-communication options to include forms and letters

The Screen Actors Guild-Producers Pension and Health Plans (SAG-PPHP) is committed to enhancing ways we communicate with our participants. As part of that commitment, we are pleased to announce that you can now view and submit letters and forms through e-communications. Once a new document is ready for you, we will send you an email with a link. Simply click on the link, log in to your account and view or complete the documents provided.

In addition to the newly added Forms and Letters, e-communications options currently include:

  • Premium Payment Reminders
  • Claims Explanation of Benefits
  • Summary Plan Description for Health Plans
  • Summary Plan Description for Pension Plans
  • Take 2

To sign up for e-communications, log in to your account, go to the e-communications section and select the communications you’d like to receive electronically. By choosing to receive e-communications, you will no longer receive these types of correspondence in the mail.

We also released an option earlier this year for participants to send and receive private messages directly to and from the Participant Services Department (PSD) through our secure website. Sign in to your account and visit the Message Center to use this secure feature.

We are continuously developing new tools and adding more choices for digital communications to make communicating with us effortless and convenient for our participants.
